I’m so glad you are here!

I started this blog as a place to record some of my precious-to-me memories with my family, and found myself asking, “Of all the things we did while raising our kids, what were the things that had lasting value?” I realized that what I wanted to record were the things that, after years had passed, stood the test of time. They had significance. Value.

I hope you’ll find ideas here, but more than anything, I hope you’ll be encouraged! What I would love you to know, dear Mammas, is that this season you are in… yes, it’s hard! SO, so hard some days! I remember that too! But as I look back, I can promise you that you won’t regret the time, energy, tears, laughter and love that you pour into these precious lives, and the home you create for your family to grow in. It is something I am enormously grateful for!

My philosophy, is that life is made up of chapters. This chapter of raising children is coming to a close for me, but yours may be just beginning. Enjoy the adventure. Buckle up for the ride. My hope and prayer for you is that you will invest in this chapter you are in with everything you’ve got. May God equip you for each day, and bless you richly for your efforts!
